The American is confident that the Ukrainian champion will win in the rematch
Famous American super heavyweight Jarrell Miller believes that Anthony Joshua will not be able to beat WBA, WBO and IBF world champion Alexander Usik in a rematch.
“I don’t think Joshua can take a rematch from Usik. I hope so, because I really want to knock A.J. out. But the problem is that he was too coddled early in his career, which caused him to fight a bunch of sacks. What I’m trying to say is that he didn’t encounter the technical styles that would have helped him adjust as a boxer.
Now Joshua’s head is bigger than his actual skills. He fought an opponent who is smaller and weaker than him, but with a higher boxing IQ. Power and size are not the main thing in boxing, and Usik proved that. Now Alexander is the champion and he’s going to work even harder to stay the champion. So I don’t see how Joshua can stop Usik, unless he pounces on him and tries to knock him out early in the fight,” Miller said.
